Association CEO-Officer Symposium

Strengthen the relationship and understanding of volunteer leaders with a team approach to governance. From setting goals to appointing committees, including risk management the board-staff relationship, this is the most practical, cost-effective forum available. Bob Harris, CAE - Symposium Leader
Bob visits with thousands of associations, chambers and nonprofits to train staff, develop boards and conducts strategic planning. He teaches for the US Chamber at Notre Dame, Villanova and other college campuses, and works closely with ASAE and local allied societies. His teaching style is characterized as motivating, practical and relevant.
