Association Manager
Established firm seeks a full time Albany based association management professional.
Duties will include:
- Maintenance of Membership and Registration Databases
- Writing and Editing
- Event Planning and Management
- Preparation and Distribution of Newsletters/E-blasts
- Administration of Association Websites
- Bookkeeping
- Answering Member Calls and Email Inquiries
Ideal candidates must possess strong customer service skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with legislative bill tracking and QuickBooks is preferred.
Hours are traditionally Monday through Friday 9 – 5. Occasional travel is required.
Employee must be driven, detail oriented and able to work independently in a fast paced environment.
