Summary
Talent. It’s crucial to business growth and economic progress. It is the greatest resource any organization or country could possibly have yet we are failing to retain and engage it. And now more than ever, companies are turning to associations to help them find and keep it.

But what if we could create organizations capable of engaging the talent of younger generations? What if there was a way to put an end to the workforce crisis? And what if associations are key to achieving this?

This webinar will feature findings released in Sarah Sladek's latest book, which delves into what's causing the workforce crisis and outlines the business and economic strategies needed to solve it. Drawing from workforce and talent development research, as well as conducting her own research with notable economic, business, nonprofit, and government sources, Sladek pinpoints how current talent practices are causing talent to disengage, while also having a negative effect on productivity and profitability.
