The world is your oyster! All registration options include access to a JCOPE Discussion on the 2nd level at 3:00 PM, participation in the onsite CSR activities and of course - access to the Trade Show Floor (qualified buyers only)!

Full Day Pass +PLUS CEO Breakfast Session!
Spend the entire day with your peers! We’ll provide the caffeine and snacks! This registration option includes the CEO breakfast discussion, keynote, (2) breakout sessions, the JCOPE Q&A, lunch, access to the trade show floor, and participation in our CSR activity! Open to Association CEOs, Executive Directors or Presidents, CSEs and/or executives with leadership roles, aspirations toward leadership, and young professionals.

Celebrate the success of this year's ALA Master's Class Graduation! And then volunteer your time assembling hygiene kits for the local community before joining us on the Trade Show floor! If you participate in the JCOPE Q&A session at 3:00 PM, that's (1) CE in your pocket!

Access to the Trade Show Floor is complimentary and included with all registration types for ALL qualified buyers only. Please indicate if you will be walking the floor this year. 

To preserve the integrity and to ensure the value of exhibit space, non-exhibiting suppliers, industry partners, and/or vendors are not allowed on the floor. Only suppliers who have purchased a booth will have access to the trade show floor. Booth purchase includes two company representatives. Additional booth personnel can be added for $300. Max three (3) people per booth. Non-Exhibiting vendors may participate in any/all educational portion of the annual conference. However, there is also no soliciting of qualified buyers from any supplier who is not exhibiting at the trade show.

Policies and Important Information

Cancellation Policy: Registrations must be made and paid for by Friday, May 24, 2019. Registration cancellations received prior to the deadline may be eligible to receive a refund less a $50 service fee. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event (no-shows). Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment. If you are unable to attend, you may send an alternate to the event without additional charge.

Consent to Use of Photographic Images: Registration and attendance at, or participation in, ESSAE meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registration to ESSAE's use and distribution (now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee's images or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audio tapes of such events activities. Unless you inform ESSAE that you object, permission is assumed. 

Event Fees: You must be listed as an ESSAE member representative (and in good standing) to receive member rates for registration to ESSAE events, webinars, etc. If you are not yet a member, you must submit a membership application with your registration. To do this online, complete the membership application and pay dues. After your dues are paid, complete your registration.

Substitution Policy: Substitutions of attendees are permitted for paid registrations. The difference between the member and non-member price will apply if a non-member replaces a member.
