The DoubleTree by Hilton Schenectady

Each December the association community comes together to share in the year-end spirit, camaraderie, and to extend our collective reach to support good-works. Each year a regional charity, along with the Rita Lashway Scholarship, share in the proceeds of our silent auction. Since 1993 over $166,000 have been generated by your generosity.

Don’t miss out on the last chance in 2018 to gather together with all your ESSAE friends and colleagues for an evening of fellowship, for a good cause.

Each year the Holiday Party features a silent auction that raises funds for a location charity and our scholarship fund, the Rita Lashway ScholarshipThrough your generosity, ESSAE has been able to make a huge impact on the local community throughout the years. Last year's auction raised $3,200 for both Capitol Roots and the Rita Lashway Scholarship program bringing ESSAE’s total donated dollars, since 1993 to over $166,000.

This year's charity is The Alzheimers Association of Northeastern New York, the leading voluntary health organization in Alzheimer's care, support and research. Their mission is to eliminate Alzheimer's disease through the advancement of research; to provide and enhance care and support for all affected; and to reduce the risk of dementia through the promotion of brain health. Their vision is a world without Alzheimer’s.

What can you donate? It's about the experience! Experiential items create memories and journeys for attendees. Memorable and unique auction items might include: weekend getaways and airline tickets, spa days, brewery tours, area attractions, museum and city tours, hot air balloon rides, theme park tickets, golf or ski outings, concert tickets and backstage passes, complimentary dining experiences, sporting events, and so much more!

This is your chance to be creative! The holiday auction affords you the perfect opportunity to showcase your brand, services, venue and destination! We hope you will consider taking part in this special holiday experience that helps us support our association professionals.
