The Empire State Society of Association Executives (ESSAE) is a nonprofit professional organization for persons engaged in the management of voluntary trade and professional organizations. ESSAE provides quality educational, leadership, and professional development opportunities to association executives and supplier members, to encourage high professional standards in the management of associations. ESSAE membership comprises over 475 members statewide and is an approved provider of continuing education for those holding the CAE designation. 

Call for Leadership:  Are You Willing to Serve? The ESSAE Nominations Committee is now seeking volunteer leaders to serve on the ESSAE Board of Directors! We want our Board to be representative of the finest leaders in the profession. Help ESSAE enrich its mission to advance the association profession through a community of knowledge, sharing, education and advocacy. Together We Guide. Empower. Lead. To nominate yourself or someone you know, please complete the Nominations Form and return to vanessa@essae.org no later than Monday, November 6, 2017.

2018 Partnerships: We could not accomplish our mission without support from our partners! Consider a partnership with ESSAE to promote and elevate your destination, venue, service, and/or products to association and meetings industry professionals. With the help and guidance of the Strategic Partnerships Committee, we are excited to showcase opportunities for 2018.

Intern Program: In an effort to advance ESSAE's internship program initiative, we are working to establish connections with local colleges as a resource for internships and for those interested in association management. Is YOUR association interested in hosting an intern? If so, please contact ESSAE with details on the project scope and time frame.

Call for Speakers (click)ESSAE is currently accepting proposals for presentations on a variety of timely topics all 2018 programs. Sessions that incorporate elements of interactive learning, small group work, and peer-to-peer learning are highly encouraged. Advanced educational session proposals should be focused on Association Executives & Staff, Meetings Professionals and Industry Partners – providing coveted CAE/CMP domain related material.
