The Empire State Society of Association Executives (ESSAE) is a nonprofit professional organization for persons engaged in the management of voluntary trade and professional organizations. ESSAE provides quality educational, leadership, and professional development opportunities to association executives and supplier members, to encourage high professional standards in the management of associations. ESSAE membership comprises over 475 members statewide and is an approved provider of continuing education for those holding the CAE designation.

ALA Registration Now Open! Education is key to making smarter decisions, solving problems, improving skills sets, and becoming better association leaders. Networking and continuing education opportunities are a great way to develop employee skills, boost morale and improve recruitment efforts.Whether you are an experienced association professional or new to the industry (or somewhere in between) - the Association Leadership Academy is a great way to formalize and update everything you know about running associations, and to learn in areas you want to grow.
