We know our members invest a great deal of time, effort, creativity, and talent to the programs and services YOU provide to your members. ESSAE's Awards Program acknowledges association excellence and provides important models and benchmarks for member associations.

Awards will be presented at the Annual Meeting and Awards Banquet on Thursday, February 9, 2017 at Sixty State Place in Albany, NY. Awards will be given for categories such as The George Burton, Associate Member of the Year, Rising Star, and Association Excellence in education, government relations, marketing/public relations, membership recruitment or retention, publications and technology.

Tables of 10: $825 Members; $925 Non-Members

Includes hosted cocktail reception, plated dinner & dessert, red/white wine provided at each table and a champagne toast.
Coat check will be made available. Full cash bar available during dinner.

Overnight accommodations for Thursday, February 9, 2017 are available at the following hotels

Fairfield Inn & Suites - $135
Room rate will be available until January 19, 2017

Renaissance Albany Hotel - $139
Room rate will be available until January 26, 2017

Hilton Albany - $149
A block of rooms has been reserved for February 9, 2017 - February 10, 2017. The special room rate will be available until January 16th or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first.

Parking
Valet parking will be made available at Sixty State Place

Registrations must be made and paid for by Friday, February 3, 2017. No refunds will be made after that date. No-shows will be billed!
