What is the ESSAE Annual Conference & Trade Show?
The ESSAE Annual Conference & Trade Show is the premier association management and meeting professionals conference and trade show in upstate New York. This year’s show will take place at the Saratoga Springs City Center in Saratoga, NY on Thursday, June 27, 2024. The annual one-day conference is about professional development, networking, and showcasing products and services, and is the place to interact with key decision makers in the association and hospitality industries. The annual conference celebrates the true partnership of our association colleagues, meeting professionals, and exhibiting partners all across New York State.
* Meeting Planners/Buyers are potential customers of exhibitors - DMOs/CVBs, suppliers, etc. - who typically work for an association.
WHY SHOULD YOU ATTEND?
ESSAE's membership and event attendees is comprised of diverse groups and includes large association CEOs, small association CEOs, senior staff, meeting planners and entry-level staff members. Our membership also includes those companies that provide a product or service to the association community. These companies (sometimes referred to as "suppliers") include hotels, destination marketing organizations (DMOs), convention and visitors’ bureaus (CVBs), communications/marketing, financial, and public policy companies, as well as a variety of other vendor categories.
Members attend ESSAE events looking to create relationships, professionally and personally, as well as information on best practices and ways to deliver more value to their careers, their associations, and their members.
Along the way, ESSAE members become lifelong peers and friends!
