TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATIONS 

The Trade Show will be held at Albany Capital Center on Thursday, June 12, 2025.  

Exhibitor load-in and set up will take place from 7:00 - 10:00AM ONLY on June 12. Exhibitor load-out begins no earlier than 5:00PM. 

For those traveling from outside the Capital Region, we recommend staying the night before to make sure you have ample time to prepare your booth. We have arranged courtesy hotel room blocks to assist in your travel planning.
