Supplier / Industry Partner organizational membership combines a set number of employee memberships with the Key Supporter level shown below, all for one annual price.
Your listed Key Supporter level is included in your organizational dues. There is no separate charge for that included level. This combined package is available specifically to Supplier / Industry Partner organizational members. Choose your tier based on the employees who will participate in ESSAE, rather than your organization’s total workforce. Each named employee receives member access, and you may change named participants during the year as staffing and responsibilities change. Organizational membership is optional. You may continue purchasing individual memberships even if three or more employees participate. For more than 15 participants, contact ESSAE. Key Supporter recognition supports your organization’s presence throughout the year. Event registrations, exhibit booths, advertising and sponsorship purchases remain separate unless expressly included in an offer. For organizations with more than one linked employee, the dues invoice is located in the organization’s profile. If you handle payment but are not the Key Contact, coordinate with that person to access the invoice and arrange payment. Changing your membership option or adding Key Supporter status? Contact ESSAE before paying so we can prepare the correct invoice. Organization Profile vs. Organizational MembershipYour organization profile holds your employer’s information and connects its employees’ individual profiles. Having this profile does not automatically enroll your organization in the new optional organizational membership. Pay Your Renewal & Get Your W-9Save a Stamp—and Save ESSAE Credit Card FeesChoose bank transfer through Bill.com to skip the paper check and postage while helping ESSAE avoid credit card processing fees. Have your renewal invoice handy and include your invoice number and organization name with payment. Please arrange one payment for each invoice and coordinate with your Key Contact or accounting team to avoid duplicate payments. Paying by Check?Please confirm that your accounting system has the correct mailing address. Include your invoice number with your check. ESSAE Other Payment OptionsYou may also follow the payment instructions on your renewal invoice. If another person or department handles payment, share the invoice, Bill.com link and W-9 with them. Please do not email credit card information. Keep Your Member & Organization Information CurrentYour Individual ProfileEach member has an individual profile and login, including employees enrolled through organizational membership. Review your name, title, email address and contact details. Use your own login to register for events, complete forms and access member resources. Your Organization’s Profile & Key ContactKey Contacts can access and pay the organization’s dues invoice, update organization information, review and update linked employee profiles, and register linked employees for events. Please check your employee roster and Key Contact designation, especially after staffing changes.
