Choose the Membership Option That Fits Your TeamNew for 2027: Optional Organizational MembershipBeginning January 1, 2027, ESSAE will offer a hybrid membership model, combining our longstanding individual membership option with a new, optional organizational membership. If your organization already has several ESSAE members—or you want more of your team to participate—this new option offers an opportunity to invest in their development. From executive leadership to membership, meetings, marketing, operations, sales and business development, employees can build their own connections and bring fresh ideas back to your organization. Organizational membership begins at three named employees. Tiers are based on the number of employees named for ESSAE participation—not your total workforce or budget. Each named employee has member access, and named participants may change during the year as staffing and responsibilities change. Individual Membership Remains AvailableOrganizational membership is optional. Teams with three or more participants may choose an organizational tier or continue purchasing individual memberships. Please contact ESSAE before paying if you want to change your membership option. See the value for your team: An association enrolling five employees would pay $650 through the 2027 organizational option, compared with $1,025 for five individual memberships—a $375 difference. Supplier and industry partner organizations can work with ESSAE to compare organizational tiers and applicable Key Supporter opportunities with their participation and visibility goals. 2027 Individual Membership & Annual Dues

Find Your Renewal InvoiceImportant: Start with Your Key ContactRenewal invoices are sent to your designated Key Contact. For organizations with more than one linked employee, the dues invoice is located in the organization’s profile. If you handle payment but are not the Key Contact, coordinate with that person to access the invoice and arrange payment. Organization Profile vs. Organizational MembershipYour organization profile holds your employer’s information and connects its employees’ individual profiles. Having this profile does not automatically enroll your organization in the new optional organizational membership for 2027. Pay Your Renewal & Get Your W-9Save a Stamp—and Save ESSAE Credit Card FeesChoose bank transfer through Bill.com to skip the paper check and postage while helping ESSAE avoid credit card processing fees. It is a practical way to keep more of your dues supporting member programs and services. Have your renewal invoice handy. Include your invoice number and organization name with payment so we can apply it correctly. Please arrange one payment for each invoice and coordinate with your Key Contact or accounting team to avoid duplicate payments. Paying by Check? Review your name, title, email address and contact details. Use your own login to register for events, complete forms and access members-only resources. Tip: Log in before registering or submitting a form so your activity is connected to the correct profile. Your Organization’s Profile & Key ContactKey Contacts can access and pay the organization’s dues invoice, update organization information, review and update linked employee profiles, and register linked employees for events. Please check your employee roster and Key Contact designation, especially after staffing changes.
