The Empire State Society of Association Executives is pleased to announce that we have teamed with Bond, Schoeneck & King PLLC to offer a complimentary webinar presented by John M. Bagyi, Esq., SPHR, SHRM-SCP. 


The webinar will be held on Tuesday, October 2, 2018 from 12:30 to 1:15 p.m.

This webinar will tackle the new state mandates concerning sexual harassment prevention policies and training that apply to New York employers effective October 9. The presentation will address New York State’s guidance on these new requirements as well as:

  • what the new law requires employers to do and when
  • how employers may need to change their policies
  • harassment training - requirements and best practices
